Open Meeting Digest

Here is the digest of what happened in the meeting .We had 6 or so show up including me and did get a bit done. The 2 pieces of business you'll most need to know about is that there will be 2 weekly meetings from now on Saturdays and Sundays at 3PM EST. That way whoever can't get to Saturday’s meeting can attend Sunday’s. The time of 3 PM. EST was decided upon as being the least disruptive time for all concerned as International date lines and time zones have to be figured in. It was also decided to move the meetings from the open chat room to the chat box on the Earth Agents Board. This is so no one can sign in under a false name to disrupt things. This will require though that you be signed up on the board. https://earth-agents.editboard.com/index.htm the direct link to the chat box is https://earth-agents.editboard.com/chatbox_mod/chatbox.forum. We will also be able to appoint Permanent or temporary room Moderators etc to keep things going in my absence. The chat box has an Archive function and also holds the text should an on line hiccup boot you for a sec or two you'll still be able to keep track of what is going on. The board chat box and rooms and everything else are always open to any member of the RLSH community. No one needs to ask to use them. Just show up and use whatever you need. You need to hold a meeting or consult with a client you got 2 rooms and the chat box to choose from. Contrary to some rumors out there I am not out to take over the RLSH community. Anyone truly worthy of the name hero will be way to independent minded for it to work. Like the Character who’s name I use I’m just here to help out where I can. As always comments observations and such are invited.

Well, I can make it on saturdays, but not on sunday's as the library is closed. Soon though I will be able to meet on saturdays as well. Personally, I see a leadership vacuum in the RLSH and your simply filling a need.

Earth Agents Open to the Public Chat#1

I would like as many as possible to attend as we have a great deal to discuss about what direction our group, as a whole is to take. This will include getting charitable status and setting up the infrastructure we will have to have to get it. If you know anyone else that might like to attend be sure to invite them. I suggest that you go there in advance to make sure you can get into the chat room. That way if there are problems we can resolve them before the meeting happens.

Went to the chat room, I was able to get in, but all it said was "Return to main earth agents site". Have you thought about putting robert into the chat room? That way if anyone has any questions they can ask him, then you will know about it.

It’s a Java script room and all you have to do on your end is sign in with your user name and press the enter button. It sometimes takes some time to load so you may need patience. If you are using firefox and have trouble use your explorer brow instead as some default firefox settings can interfere with JavaScript rooms. If it still won’t load try getting into the chat box attached to the site’s bulletin board. If need be we can always use that as a backup location.

Well I will try to make it but I have out of town guests staying with me, and I only see these 2 once or twice a year. Hopefully I'll be able to make the next one.

Due to there being some sort of a problem with chat room 1 in some browsers the chat has been moved to the chat box that is part of the Board on the main Earth Agents site. It has been tested using explorer, firefox and opera browsers and works well in all of them. As most of those attending are already registered on the board it shouldn’t be much of a hassle. If you aren’t registered, now would be a good time to do so.
