I Think I may already have a way of monitoring all of the cameras from a single web page or multiple web pages providing we can hook into dependable camera feeds.
2 If you go to the Santa Site www.northpoletoyshoppe.r8,org you will see some picture sections. They contain Pictures of Santa and kids. If you click on any of those pictures the way the coding is done it will bring the picture up much larger than it is on the page showing greater detail.
3 Any picture or image can be used as a banner linking to a different page.
Now if you put the coding in 1 2 and 3 together you will have a page or pages full of moving camera pictures that you can click on at will and bring up a larger picture and show further details like location, time of day and weather. It will take some effort but standard Guerilla Style HTML is more than up to the task.

Greetings,
I wonder if there isn't some javascript, or dynamic-html, or ajax mixed into your html.

No JavaScript on the pages listed that I can recall though I do use Java script when I need to. The most common use being for text based chat rooms.
