When I was preparing for my blackbelt test, I started using lifewave patches. Basically they are based on Traditional Oriental medicine. They are all natural. Anyway, I started using them a month before my test. I had alot of energy through a six hour blackbelt test. I placed them for endurance.

One time my martial arts teacher picked one up and he felt really negative energy come over him. They look like a bandaid, so he probably thought it was just that. Although these days I wouldn't pick one up without some disposable gloves on.
