Greetings,
One thing I have been thinking about is what if one of us gets hauled infront of a judge? For example, a situation like in the Incredibles movie, isn't too far fetched. If a bunch of us went together into a prepaidlegal plan we could get a discount on the services. Also, it would be useful for everyday life not just for the rlsh activities.

The only heroes likely to get hauled up before a judge are the quasi-vigilante types. Most of them have a secret identity. If you sign up for anything legal the 1st thing they will want is a legal signature which effectively screws with the secret identity concept. The best thing a hero can do in a situation like that is be gone before the cops get there. It makes 1 thing we have in common with the bad guys.
