I have a long range strategy to take down, or more likely, assist in the taking down of several gangs here in BC. They are having a shooting war that dose'nt look like it will end anytime soon.

In order to do this I must be able to provide evidence and information that the police can act on. This means it must come from a known and reliable source. By 'known' I mean that the source has proven correct on earlier occaisions.

I need tostart at the lowest level, street level, and follow the trail upwards. This means providing police with evidence as I come upon it and/or information giving them "resaonable doubt" of a crime in order to investigate.

By combining this activity with active harrasment of the gangs and their associates by an unknown to them source, I should be able to disrupt thier system and hopefully, make them make mistakes.

By also encouraging a "urban legend" of a shadowy masked figure, it makes it harder for them to be sure of just who is targeting them. (I should mention that I am unkown here to both police and the criminal element with no direct ties to either.

Also, during my peliminalry investigations I have found some evidence that needs further research on several strange aspects that I have come across. I will see where they lead and will take action apropatly.
