| In my own observation, in terms of psychic abilities, all of the known RLSs are very weak. Most of them are unable to register any precognitive abilities (looking into the future). However, there are a few who can look into the past (retrocognitive), as well as view other locations in the present.
Some say that they can Astral Project, however, I have not known any evidence of this. I've tried to do so, but have only reached the "vibrational state." Body numbing, rapid heartbeat, etc.
Heroes that do not have psychic abilities, but think that they do are: Tothian, Master Legend. This is not intended to badmouth them, but to merely point out the truth. Oh, and I don't think that Mr. Telekinetic has any at all.
Most of them aren't all that powerful because: indulgence in fantasy takes over, lack of time to practice (but plenty of time on forums), and confidence issues. |
